Now end of Jan 2012...planned wad I wan to do...and mus reach it...

Now I'm working in a Korean company as a sales management person.

Some times need go down to the outlets to help out...
It is interesting but the manager is too much and too much of being a bully...
They wouldn't think in other ppl's shoes and jua say they stress stress...

Ur employees nt stress ar.
They know u all will scold them when the fcuking sales is low but think of their role.they are the ones who help to bring sales. To u and wad u do??? Looking at the sales,do the small things which doesn't contribute much to the sales...

Te outlets not enough ppl and u all not employing??? wTF is this???
Even u got a new employee ad u scared her away...pls they are locals, nt like u all who are workaholics...te sales report here is diff from Korea...and we are located in a neighborhood place, unlike in town outlets,even their sales aren't that good...
U should thanks the employees who help out alot when u are lack of man power.

I'm not goi go stay long as I only wanna get some experience in sales line.

Will change to a better job around april...
