training just now was painful for me.
as my joint injury have not been recovering since the president's charity night performance.
i need to tie bandage at my right thigh area.
i guess the percentage of fully recovering is not going to happen as recently is competition & performances around.
and i can't get cool down from training because is hard for me to regain my level of training if i got rest.
when doing the jumping stunts, i intend to do opposite sides of the stunts.
but im still weak in doing opposite sides so i do the original way.
when doing 旋风脚, i was deeply in pain on each jumps, guess i landed abit too hard.
my tears welled up when i ended my turn. i was looking at the ceiling, telling myself not to cry during training.
but thanks to ah keong and lao da, helping me to stop crying by making me laugh.
